DAVID ROSE is a practicing attorney with over 34 years in private practice, focusing primarily on design, construction and commercial litigation. His litigation experience includes managing complex litigation on behalf of international designers, EPC contractors, and design/builders. David’s representation has included issues and allegations of design defects, incomplete or inadequate plans and specifications, management of change issues, scheduling and sequencing issues, trade coordination, workmanship means, methods and materials, and Requests for Equitable Adjustments. He has also represented insurers in bad faith defense and coverage disputes, and provided representation in real property disputes, personal injury, property damage, unfair competition, breach of contract, environmental litigation, trademark infringement, legal and accountant malpractice defense, real estate brokers’ errors and omissions defense, defense of design and construction professionals, in addition to general business litigation. David has practiced in all courts throughout California, as well as Puerto Rico, Virginia, Michigan, Washington, Texas, Kentucky and Maryland. David has conducted over 20 jury trials on numerous construction related matters, as well as trials involving catastrophic injuries, negligence and professional malpractice, product liability, real estate disputes, and insurer bad faith. David is accustom to utilizing state-of-the-art technology to handle document-intensive litigation and all aspects of discovery and case management.

In addition, he has served as a city council member and Mayor of South Pasadena. As a result of his political endeavors, he is familiar with the workings of state and local governments. He possess a versatile set of experiences and skills that will be a positive addition to any corporate environment. David is of counsel to the firm and a member of our affiliated firm of the Law offices of David Rose in California.
