Tyler, who joined the firm in 2021, is a member of Croessmann & Westberg’s litigation team. Tyler focuses his practice on commercial, real estate, and construction litigation. He regularly represents business owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and other professionals as both plaintiff and defendant.

Tyler leverages his prior experience in the construction and business world with his legal expertise to solve difficult problems and disputes for his clients. He regularly represents clients in complex commercial , real estate, and construction litigation involving contract disputes, construction delays and defects, business breakups, business torts, insurance coverage, and various other matters. Tyler provides his clients with actionable advice on regulatory and contractual compliance.
