Katherine has extensive experience preparing and negotiating construction contracts, subcontracts, purchase agreements, service agreements, master service agreements, vendor contracts, and other business documents. She takes a practical, detail-oriented approach to contract drafting, ensuring that agreements are not only legally sound but also reflect her clients' operational and business objectives. By anticipating potential issues during the negotiation process, Katherine helps clients minimize risk and establish clear expectations that support long-term success.
In addition to contract drafting and negotiation, Katherine advises clients on business formation, corporate governance, compliance matters, employment matters and general commercial transactions.
