Madelyn joined Croessmann & Westberg, P.C. in 2022 as an Administrative Assistant and quickly took on additional responsibilities, including tasks within the realm of paralegal work. Her dedication and growing contributions led to her promotion to Paralegal later that year. As her role continued to evolve, Madelyn transitioned into the position of Office Manager in 2024 and now serves as the firm’s HR Manager and Finance Assistant. In these roles, she plays an integral part in supporting the firm’s human resources, financial operations, and overall business administration. Through her attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to operational excellence, Madelyn helps ensure the firm runs efficiently while supporting the needs of its attorneys and staff and contributing to the firm’s continued growth and success.
