Thomas Croessmann is the Managing Partner of the firm whose practice focuses on representing general contractors, business owners, and real estate developers in complex construction litigation, corporate transactions, and real estate matters. Drawing on over a decade of experience, Thomas serves not only as an advocate in the courtroom but also as a trusted legal advisor who helps clients protect, grow, and strengthen their businesses.

Thomas is widely recognized for his work in construction law, where he represents general contractors in disputes involving mechanic's liens, payment claims, construction defects, equitable adjustments, bond claims, contract disputes, and other complex construction litigation. While he is an experienced trial attorney, his practical, business-focused approach often helps clients resolve disputes efficiently and avoid unnecessary litigation.

In addition to his litigation practice, Thomas serves as outside general counsel for closely held businesses. He advises clients on business formation, governance, mergers and acquisitions, employment matters, contract negotiation, succession planning, and day-to-day legal strategy. His goal is to provide practical guidance that helps business owners minimize risk, capitalize on opportunities, and achieve long-term success.

Thomas also maintains an active real estate practice, representing developers, investors, and business owners in acquisitions and sales, commercial leasing, title matters, zoning and land use issues, and real estate development. As a licensed Maryland Real Estate Broker, he offers clients a unique perspective that combines legal analysis with real-world market experience, allowing him to structure transactions that are both legally sound and commercially advantageous.
