Zhyphar is part of the firm’s transactional department where she focuses advising general contractors and subcontractors on the contracts and legal agreements that form the foundation of successful businesses and construction projects. She works closely with clients to draft, review, and negotiate agreements that protect their interests, allocate risk appropriately, and provide a strong legal foundation for successful projects.
Zhyphar regularly prepares and negotiates construction contracts, subcontracts, master service agreements, purchase orders, vendor agreements, and other commercial contracts. She understands that well-drafted agreements are essential to preventing disputes and keeping projects on schedule, and she takes a practical, business-oriented approach to ensuring her clients' contracts reflect their operational goals while minimizing legal risk.
In addition to her transactional practice, Zhyphar advises contractors and business owners on contract administration, compliance issues, business operations, and other legal matters that arise throughout the life of a project. By working proactively with clients, she helps identify potential risks before they become disputes, allowing businesses to focus on growth while operating with confidence.
